Here is how to instantly sell anything on Jiji Uganda
a) Firstly, go to the Jiji.ug website. Alternatively, you can install the Android app or iOS app. On the home page, tap or click on the SELL button.
b) In case you have not already signed in, you will be prompted to sign in with Google, Facebook, or a phone number. The easiest way to sign in is using Google. This is because it automatically signs you in whenever you open the Jiji website.
On the other hand, using Facebook might give you trouble since it is banned in some countries. For the apps, you only have to sign in once, and then the other times you access Jiji, you do not have to re-sign in.
In case you are not registered, there is an option for Registration at the bottom for you to register.
c) After signing in, select the SELL option again. Then choose the category your ad fits in. If you are selling a phone, choose the Mobile Phones and Tablets option. Also, select the location where you are, or where your business is. After doing this, add some photos of the mobile phone you are selling. The photos should be genuine, not downloaded from the internet. Otherwise, your ad might not be published.
d) On the next page, fill in all the necessary details and click or tap on Post ad at the bottom. Then wait for your ad to be published after review. It usually takes between 5 minutes to a few hours for the ad to be reviewed and published. After it has been published, interested buyers will message you, WhatsApp, or call you to buy your posted good.
