1. Download and install the KCB mobile app from Google Play Store for Androids and App Store for IOS.

2. Launch the KCB Mobile app.

3. Log in with your mobile banking pin. If you are logging in for the first time, you will have to enter the One Time Password (OTP) that was sent via SMS, then key in the required account details and create a new pin.

4. The main menu page will load. Hereafter you can transfer money, check the balance, get an account statement and pay bills.

5. To check KCB account balance; click accounts at the bottom right corner and then select balance inquiry.

6. If you want to view the KCB account statement, tap accounts at the bottom right corner then select Statement.

7. To make a bank to wallet transfer, click on Cash transfer, select mobile money and follow the prompts.

1. Dial *244# using the registered line and press OK (charges happly).

2. You will be prompted to enter mobile banking pin. Press Reply/Ok then enter the KCB mobile banking pin. If you are logging in for the first time, you will have to enter the One Time Password (OTP) that was sent via SMS after registration, then key in the required account details and create a new pin.

3. The main menu page will load with a list of various options. Select a number that corresponds to the transaction that you want to make then follow the prompts.
