This article details five ways in which Centenary Bank customers can withdraw money from their Centenary bank account. The customers can use any Centenary bank branch, Centenary ATM machine, Cente Agents, mobile money, or any visa-enabled ATM machine.

Withdraw Money from Centenary Bank via Centenary ATM Machine.
1. Go to the nearest Centenary ATM machine.
2. Enter the ATM booth.
3. Slide your ATM card in the card slot on your upper right side (follow instructions as shown on the ATM screen).
4. Select Language by pressing a button on the side that aligns with the particular option. You can choose either English or Luganda.
5. Enter your ATM PIN.
6. Press the button next to Withdraw Funds/ Money.
7. Select the amount you want to withdraw from the listed options. However, you can choose to customize the amount you want to withdraw. Press the button against the Others option.
8. Enter the Amount you want to withdraw. You can withdraw between UGX 5000 to UGX 1,000,000 per withdrawal transaction. Although the daily limit is UGX 2,000,000 per account via ATM. If you want more than UGX 1,000,000 you will have to withdraw money in two batches. Centenary bank charges UGX 1000 per ATM withdrawal.
9. Select the Account that you want to withdraw money from.
10. You will then be prompted to choose if you want a transaction receipt. If you say YES, you will be charged UGX 100.
11. The transaction will then be processed. Pick your ATM card from the slot, money, and receipt if you ordered for it.
Withdraw Money from Centenary Bank via Centenary Bank Teller
This is the traditional way of withdrawing money. The merit of this method is that it does not limit how much you can withdraw from your account.
1. Visit the nearest Centenary bank branch near you. Click here for locations.
2. Since Centenary Bank has advanced from tiring their customers with making long queues, you will need to process a token slip which will contain your token number and reason for visiting the bank. Take a seat in the waiting area and patiently wait for your number to be announced via the speaker.
3. Walk to the teller spot offered to you in the announcement. The teller will give you a paper on which you will write your Account name, Account number, Amount that you want to withdraw, and your signature. After that, hand the paper to the teller, who will enter the details into the system then confirm your identity with your National identification card.
4. If all is well, the transaction will be processed. You will be prompted to sign on the receipt.
5. Finally, you will receive the money.
Withdraw Money from Centenary Bank Account via Cente Agent
You can withdraw money from your account through an agent. All you have to do is initiate a withdrawal token which you have to share with the Cente Agent. To get the token, you can choose to use the CenteMobile App or the CenteMobile USSD short code (*211#). This method is only for those who have registered for CenteMobile services.

Use CenteMobile USSD Short Code
1. Dial *211# and press the call button.
2. Select CenteMobile option.
3. Opt for option 2, Send Money.
4. Then select option 4, Agent Withdraw option.
5. Select option 1, To self.
6. Choose the Account you want to withdraw money from.
7. Enter the amount your want to withdraw.
8. Key in your CenteMobile PIN then confirm the transaction.
9. You will then get a notification detailing your withdrawal token (the token expires in 5 minutes). Share the token with the Cente Agent to complete the withdrawal.
Use CenteMobile App
1. Open your CenteMobile app.
2. Tap on CenteMobile Login and enter your CenteMobile pin.
3. Scroll down then select the Agent Withdraw option from the home menu.
4. Select Self, then choose the Account you want to withdraw money from.
5. Type your Description.
6. Enter the Amount that you are willing to withdraw.
7. Key in your CenteMobile pin then click on the confirm button.
8. All the transaction details will appear on the screen prompting to confirm cash withdrawal. To proceed, click the YES option.
9. You will then get a notification detailing your withdrawal token (the token expires in 5 minutes). Share the token with the Cente Agent to complete the withdrawal.
How to Withdraw Money from Centenary Bank Account via Mobile Money
Step 1: Transfer money from your Centenary Bank account to your mobile money (Airtel Money or MTN Mobile Money). Always remember that the daily maximum transaction limit is UGX 2,000,000/-.
Use USSD Short Code
- Dial *211#.
- Opt for option 1, Cente Mobile.
- Enter PIN.
- Choose Bank to mobile option.
- Select My number or Other number.
- Enter amount you wish to transfer.
- Choose account to withdraw from.
- Complete transaction.
Use CenteMobile App
- Launch Cente Mobile app.
- Log in with phone number and pin.
- Select Send Money option.
- Choose Own number or Other Number.
- Enter Amount you wish to send,
- Then enter the pin to confirm the transaction.
- Your mobile money will be credited instantly.

Step 2: Now that you have successfully transferred money from your Centenary bank account to your mobile money account. You can go ahead to withdraw it from your mobile money account. Visit an authorized Mobile Money agent then initiate a secret code to withdraw the money. Charges Apply depending on the telecom company.

How to Withdraw Money from Centenary Bank Account via Any ATM Machine
To withdraw money successfully from your Centenary Account using any ATM machine, you need to ensure two things; First things first you need to have a VISA ATM card and you will have to use a VISA enabled ATM machine of any accredited Financial bank. Follow the steps below to withdraw money from any ATM machine.
