This method will require the account holder to download and install the KCB mobile app from Google Play Store for Androids and App Store for IOS. Follow the steps below to transfer money from bank to wallet;
1. Launch the KCB mobile app on your device.
2. Login with your KCB mobile banking pin.
3. Click on the Cash Transfers option.
4. Then tap on Mobile Money.
5. Choose a telecom company you want to send money through (MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money).
6. Select to send money to yourself or another number. If you have selected another number, enter the recipient’s number.
7. Enter the amount that you want to transfer.
8. Select the account that you want to withdraw funds from.
