• Open the dialer on your phone.
• Dial *165# and press OK.
• Select Option 4, Payments.
• Opt for option 5, Fees and taxes.
• Choose option 3, Multiplex parking.
• Then enter car Registration Number.
• A notification showing due balance will appear on your screen.
• Fill in the Amount you can afford to pay.
• Enter a reason for payment.
• Confirm with your MTN Mobile money pin.
• A payment confirmation notification will be sent on your number immediately.
