Key-Pointers for M-PESA Transaction Charges
1. All account deposits are free.
2. The maximum account balance is KSHs.300,000
3. The maximum Daily Transaction Value is KSHs.300,000 and KSHs.150,000 per transaction.
4. M-PESA account holders can withdraw money starting from KSHs.50 at any M-PESA agent outlet.
5. To initiate M-PESA person-to-person self-reversal, send the transaction confirmation message to 456.
6. Customers cannot deposit money directly into another M-PESA customer’s account at the agent’s outlet.
7. You earn Bonga points when you transact on M-PESA.
