One of the most noteworthy features of the Android TV is the customization scope it offers. A variety of apps are displayed on your home screen page. However, if you do not like the way the apps are displayed, you can choose to reorder apps and games on your Android TV as you wish.
Before you proceed with reordering apps or games, remember that you won’t be able to move apps between categories. Therefore games will still be in the “Games” section, apps in the “Apps” section, and so forth.
How to Reorder Apps on Android TV
Step 1: Switch on your TV
Power up your Android TV and press the power button. wait until you see the home screen displayed on the screen.
Step 2: Launch Settings
Press the home button to launch the home screen then click on the ‘Settings’ app (gear icon) or press the ‘Settings’ button on your remote.
Step 3: Select Device Preferences
Under the General Settings, select Device Preferences.
Step 4: Select Home Screen
Next, choose Home Screen from the list of options and press ‘OK’. Scroll down and select ‘Reorder Apps’. A new page showing the apps will pop up with the background grayed out. Press ‘OK’ to select or deselect a particular app then use the remote navigation control keys to drag/reorder the apps to the left, right, upper bar, or lower bar to your satisfaction. Press the exit button on your remote to exit the ‘Reorder settings’.
How to Reorder Games on your Android TV
