How to Receive Bitcoin in Uganda Using the Chipper Cash App
To receive bitcoin via the Chipper Cash app, you will need to provide a wallet address to the sender. Through your Chipper Cash account, you can generate a wallet address that the sender will use to send money. Think of the wallet address as an account number that defines access to your account.
1. Launch the Chipper Cash App on your device and log in to your account.
2. On the home page, click on “Invest” at the bottom menu bar.
3. The Invest page will offer two options at the top bar, Stocks and Crypto. Click on Crypto in the upper right corner.
4. Scroll down to and select Bitcoin.
5. Next, scroll down to Transfer.
6. Under Transfer select “Receive.”
7. On the next page, you will be presented with the wallet address and a QR code. Share the details with Sender who will then scan or enter the wallet address in Chipper or any other app that sends BTC to receive Bitcoin.
How to Send Bitcoin in Uganda Using the Chipper Cash App
In order to send Bitcoin via Chipper Cash, you will need a wallet address from another app that sends BTC to receive Bitcoin. Once that is established, the step-by-step guide below will show you how to send the Bitcoin to the recipient.
1. Open the Chipper Cash app on your device then Log into your Chipper account.
2. Once you have successfully logged into your account, click on the Invest tab on the home page.
3. On the Invest page, tap on “Crypto.”
4. Select “Bitcoin” as your Cryptocurrency.
5. Scroll down to “Transfer” and select the “SEND” option.
6. Enter the cryptocurrency Amount you want to send
7. Key in the recipient’s cryptocurrency/wallet Address.
8. You will be prompted to confirm the transaction and tap Send.
