Step 1: Enable Bluetooth and Bluetooth Tethering on your Mobile Device

1. Go to the Settings App on your mobile device.
2. Select and toggle on the Bluetooth feature.
3. Go back to the Settings page then select “Mobile Hotspot and Tethering.” Next, enable mobile hotspot, scroll down and select “Bluetooth Tethering.”

Step 2: Enable Bluetooth on your PC

1. Click the Windows “Start Menu” icon, and then select “Settings.”
2. In the Settings menu, select “Devices,” and then click on “Bluetooth & other devices.”
3. Switch the “Bluetooth” option to “On.”
4. Tap on “Add a device.”
5. Select your mobile Bluetooth device.
6. On your phone and computer, you will receive a notification prompting you to pair and connect the two devices. Tap “Pair” on your phone followed by “Connect” on your computer. Congratulations! you have successfully connected the two devices via Bluetooth.

Step 3: Enable Internet Access Points

1. On your computer, launch the “Control Panel” and select “Hardware and Sound.”
2. Under “Devices” select the connected mobile Bluetooth device and right-click on it.
