How to Get a KCB bank Account Statement Online in Uganda
KCB account holders can get their account statement via the KCB mobile app or via the KCB USSD Shortcode (*244#). This service is only exclusive to customers who have registered for KCB mobile banking services.
Use KCB USSD Shortcode
Follow the step-by-step guide to view your account statement;
1. Dial *244# then press the call button.
2. You will be prompted to enter the mobile banking pin. Click the Reply/Okay button then enter the KCB mobile banking pin.
3. Choose a number that corresponds to the Statements option.
4. Select the KCB account number whose Statement you want to retrieve.
5. A page showing the recent transactions will appear on your screen.

Use KCB Mobile App
This method will require the account holder to download and install the KCB mobile app from Google Play Store for Androids and App Store for IOS. Follow the steps below to get your account statement.
1. Open the KCB mobile app on your phone.
2. Login with your KCB mobile banking pin.
3. Tap on the Accounts option at the bottom right corner.
4. Click on the Statements option.
5. Then select the KCB account number whose Statement you want to view from the drop-down menu.
6. There is also a provision to select a frequency.
7. The account statement will show on the screen. You can choose to download the Statement in pdf format.
