1. Dial *211# and press the call button.
2. Select the reset pin option.
3. Then enter ATM Card Number.
4. Next, enter the Account Number.
5. You will then be prompted to enter your ATM PIN Number.

How to Reset CenteMobile Pin via Cente Mobile App
If you have the CenteMobile app, you can follow the steps below to reset the pin.
1. Launch the Cente Mobile App then click on CenteMobile Login.
2. Click on the “Forgot your PIN” option at the button center.
3. Select “Country” and enter your phone number (the number you registered with for mobile banking) then submit.
4. Enter your Account number, Visa card number, Visa card pin then click the submit button.
5. Your pin will be reset successfully. The new pin will be sent via SMS to the registered phone number.

If you are unable to reset the pin on your own, then you should visit the nearest Centenary bank branch near you. A pin reset form will be handed to you, fill in all the required information. The teller will enter all the details in the database and a new pin will be sent to you via SMS.
