The account holder can check their SC account number by following any of the preferred methods below;
1. Use the SC Mobile App
Follow the steps listed below to activate the Standard Chartered banking alerts online;
1. Do you have the SC mobile app? If the answer is yes proceed to the next step and if the answer is ‘NO’ download and install the SC Mobile App from Google Play Store for Androids and App Store for IOS.
2. After the download is complete, open the SC Mobile App on your device.
3. Click the Login button then log in to your SC Mobile app with your username and password.
4. All Accounts you hold will be displayed on the home page. Remember to quote the right’ 13 digit account number when transferring funds.

2. Use USSD Short Code
1. Dial *266# and press the call button.
2. Enter the SC Mobile pin.
3. Select a number that corresponds to My accounts.
4. All Accounts you hold will be displayed on the home page. Remember to quote the right’ 13 digit account number when transferring funds.

3. Visit Standard Chartered Bank
1. Go to the nearest Standard Chartered bank branch in your area,
2. At the customer care desk, ask the agent to help you with identifying your account number.
3. The customer care agent will then request for your identity card (national ID/passport) and your account name.
4. Within a few clicks, the customer agent will write down the account number on a piece of paper.
5. Save it in your contact list for future use.
