How to Check your KCB Account Balance Online
KCB account holders can check account balance via the KCB mobile app or via the KCB USSD Shortcode (*244#). To avoid getting an error code, you need to have registered for KCB mobile banking services.
Use USSD Shortcode
This is the easiest method that will enable you to get instant results in a few steps using either the feature phone or a smartphone. However, the account holder should use the registered phone number. To get started launch the dialer and follow the step-by-step guide listed below;
1. Dial *244# and press the SEND button (charges may apply).
2. Enter KCB mobile banking pin.
3. Choose a number that corresponds to the Balance inquiry option.
4. Select the account number whose balance you want to know.
5. The KCB account balance of the selected account will appear on the screen.

Use KCB Mobile App
Have you downloaded the KCB mobile app? If not, this method will require you to download and install the KCB mobile app from Google Play Store for Androids and App Store for IOS. Follow the steps below to check your account balance.
1. Launch the KCB mobile app.
2. Login with your mobile banking pin.
3. Tap the Account feature at the bottom right corner.
4. Select the Balance Inquiry option.
5. Choose a KCB account number whose balance you would like to know.
6. Your bank account balance will instantly reflect on the screen.
