This is an alternative method for those that have feature phones. Ensure that you have airtime on your line before you dial *203#, the charges applied differ depending on the Telecom company. Here is how you can know your balance through the Finca Mobile USSD shortcode.
1. Dial *203# and press the call button using the registered phone number (charges apply).
2. Select option 1, Finca Mobile Account.
3. Enter the 4-digit Finca Mobile PIN.
4. Choose Finca Account whose balance you want to check. If you have a single account, select option 1.
5. Select option 3, Check balance.
6. Your account balance will appear on the screen and also a message detailing the account balance will be sent to the registered phone number.
