With pleasure, DFCU allows customers to check DFCU account balance online. However, this service is available for customers who registered for DFCU Quick banking. Click here to register. When you register for mobile banking, you will receive a username and password to use while logging in to the app or the website. There are three ways to check your balance online; shortcode, DFCU Quickapp and the DFCU web portal.

Check DFCU Account Balance Online using Short Code
1. Dial *240#.
2. Go to the next page by entering 00.
3. Select the option that corresponds to My Account.
4. Then select the option that corresponds to the Account balance.
5. Enter your password.
6. Your account balance will show on the screen.

Use DFCU Quickapp
1. Download and install the DFCU quick app. The app is available on IOS and Android
2. Login with your username and password.
3. Your account balance will show on the home screen.
Use DFCU Portal
1. Go to the DFCU web portal.
2. Click on the padlock icon then login with your username and password.
3. The dashboard will open showing your account balance.
