What is my ZUKU Username and Password?
The default login credentials for Zuku are typically set as follows: the username is often “admin” and the password is usually “password“. However, upon installation, you have the option to change both the username and password to your preference just like we have shown you below.
How to Change Your Zuku Wifi Password
Follow the steps listed below to change wifi password;
Method 1:
1. Ensure that your device is connected to Zuku Wifi.
2. Navigate to your browser and input this IP address in the search address bar. You can find this information at the back of your router or by contacting your internet service provider. This is the popular IP address- 192.168.0.1 (that is what you should input in your search bar).
3. On the next page, enter the default password and username. The username is often “admin” and the password is usually “password“.
4. Once you are logged in successfully, click on the Wireless tab at the top right corner and select Primary Network from the left menu.
5. Find the Network Name- this is the WIFI name and the WPA Pre-shared Key is the WIFI password. Click on Show Key to see that password. To change or reset the password, delete the contents of the WIFI name or WIFI password and enter your preferred name or password.
6. Click on Apply to save the changes. Hereafter, you will be signed out from all devices and you will be required to enter the new password key.

Method 2:
1. Navigate to the Zuku fiber web portal.
2. Click on the My Account/Login button in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Login with your email ID and Password. If you are a first-time user, click on “I want to Register” and follow the prompts.
4. If the login credentials are correct, you will be directed to the dashboard.
5. Click on the “Reset” button at the top right corner.
6. Then tap on “Reset Password” to view or change your WiFi name and password.
7. You will be prompted to create and confirm the new wifi password. These tools will help you set secure passwords.
8. Click “Reset” to complete the wifi reset operation.
Note: This particular method works perfectly fine if you want to change the wifi name as well. Just follow the above-listed steps then select “Change Wifi Name” and follow the prompts.

How to Create a Zuku Account
Registering for your Zuku account is simple however if you do not remember your registration details then you will be unable to achieve your goal. The procedures below show you how to create a Zuku account so you can log in to your Zuku account.
1. Visit the Zuku fiber web portal.
2. Click on the My Account/Login button.
3. At the login page, click on “I want to register“.
4. You will be directed to a New User Registration page.
5. Please Enter the information you used while registering for your Zuku connection like your email ID and mobile number.
6. Create and confirm the new password.
7. Then click on the Register button.
