Airtel Uganda Doubles Daily Data Bundles for the Same Price

On the 21st of February, Airtel Uganda doubled and repackaged its daily data bundles for the same existing prices in a campaign dubbed “DaboDabo MBs”. The telecom company has made adjustments to ensure data affordability to support micro-enterprises and to reward all their customers who prefer daily data bundles.

With this permanent ongoing “DaboDabo MBs’ campaign, Airtel Uganda tops the list of the most affordable daily data bundles. At just UGX 250 you now get 30MBS, for UGX 500 you get 80 MBS, and for UGX 1,000 you get 180MBS.

This move comes in place a few weeks after their tight competitor MTN Uganda launched and also doubled the allocation of the daily data bundles for the same price with no additional cost.

How to Buy Airtel Uganda DaboDabo MBs/Data Bundles

1. Dial *175# and press the call button.
2. Select option 2, Data Bundles.
3. Choose to buy for self or for another number. If you have selected another number, yo will be prompted to enter the recipient’s Airtel number.
4. Select a number that correspounds to the “Daily” option.
5. Choose the Daily package plan that you prefer.
6. Select the mode of payment. You can pay via airtime or Airtel Money. If you have chosen Airtel Money, confirm transaction with Airtel Money Pin.

OR

1. Dial *185# and press OK.
2. Airtime/Bundles.
3. Buy Data Bundles.
4. Choose to buy for self or for another number. If you have selected another number, yo will be prompted to enter the recipient’s Airtel number.
5. Select a number that correspounds to the “Daily” option.
6. Choose the Daily package plan that you prefer.
7. Enter Airtel Money pin to finalise transaction.
