  • Reset your phone using “Find My Phone”

  • First power off your device

For HTC phones

  • Power off your phone by holding down the Power button

  • When the screen menu will appears, press the Volume down button to highlight ‘Recovery Mode’.
  • Now select ‘WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET’ and press the Power button to accomplish the task

For reset LG phones:

  • Power off your device
  • Hold down Volume down button and the Power Lock button together for at least 10 seconds.
  • Release both buttons when the System recovery screen is displayed.
  • You will now scroll to the ‘Factory Data Reset’ option by using the Volume buttons
  • Then, press the Power button to select.
  • When that is done, press the Volume buttons to select “Yes”, then the power button to confirm.
