Track your NSSF Benefits Claim Status Using your Feature Phone
Here is how you can trail your NSSF benefits;
Method 1
1. Open your Messages app.
2. Tap the Compose new Text button.
3. Type CLAIM and send it to 6773.
4. You should use the phone number you registered with NSSF.
Method 2
- Open your phone app.
- Dial *254#
- Select your Preferred language option
- Select Benefits Option under Main Menu
- Under Benefits, select option 2 Track Claims
- You should use the phone number you registered with NSSF.
Trail your NSSF Benefits Claim Status Using your Smart Phone
If you’re a smartphone user, you can track your NSSF Benefits Claim Status by downloading the NSSFGO Mobile App here or login into the web platform, scroll to the “Benefits Application” section. You can also track your NSSF Benefits Claim Status by simply dialing *254# NSSF shortcode.
