If your phone is not ringing for incoming calls, there are a few things you could do to fix the problem. We know how frustrating it is to find a missed call and yet you did not hear your phone ring. 1. Check Ringtone Volume

The first thing you should do is check your ringtone volume settings. If the ringtone volume is low or silenced, then your phone will not ring for incoming calls. Also, check if you have a ringtone set up. Go to Setting, select Sound, then adjust Ring volume and also set up a ringtone.

2. Network & Connections

Check if your phone is on and not experiencing any network issues. You can go ahead and restart your phone to make sure everything is well set. The network bars should be full to affirm signal strength plus the Telcom line will reflect. Signal strength is indicated by the signal indicators on the left side of the phone’s display. These indicators move up as the strength of the signal increases and down as the signal decreases. If your network is unreliable, you will not hear your phone ring for incoming calls.

3. Check Profile Settings.

6. Disable Call Diverts
