To cast Netflix content from your smartphone to your TV, you’ll need all of the following:
Requirements from Phone;
- Smartphone (IOS and Android).
- Active WiFi Connection.
- Netflix App.
- Netflix account and active Netflix subscription.
Requirements of TV;
- A smart TV with either built-in Chromecast support or a connected Chromecast device.
- A connected Xbox or PlayStation video game console, TV box, or Blu-ray player with its own Netflix app installed.
How to Cast Netflix App from Phone to TV
Step 1: Turn on your Devices and Connect WiFi
Ensure that both your TV and phone are both on and connected to the same WiFi network.
Step 2: Start Netflix App
Open the Netflix mobile app on your IOS or Android device.
Step 3: Tap the Cast icon
Tap the Cast “Chromecast icon” in the app (it looks like a square with a wireless signal in its lower-left corner).
Step 4: Select TV
