Auto-renewals is an automatic product purchase service subscribed for by a phone user. Airtel Uganda allows all subscribers to activate voice bundle auto-renewal. As soon as the voice bundle is used up, another bundle will be purchased. This is at times annoying especially if you did not intend to purchase the voice bundle again. Here is how you can cancel voice bundle auto-renewal on Airtel Uganda.

Deactivate Voice Bundle Auto-Renewal on Airtel Uganda

  • Launch the phone app.
  • Dial *188# then press ok.
  • Select option 1, Corporate voice bundles.
  • Then choose option 3, Unsubscribe.
  • Alternatively, you can dial *188*1*3#.
  • You will receive a text that confirms that you have successfully deactivated voice bundle auto renewal on Airtel Uganda.

Deactivate Auto Renewals for Airtel SMS Bundles

  • Dial *100# and press OK.
  • Select option 6, SMS Bundles.
  • Go for option 4, Cancel Auto-Renewal.
  • SMS auto-renewal will be canceled immediately.

Deactivate Airtel Data Auto Renewals

  • Dial *100# and press OK.
  • Select option 3, Internet Bundles.
  • Go for option 7, Cancel Auto-Renewal.
  • Data auto-renewal will be canceled immediately.
