Pay for GOTV Supa Package
As soon as your old subscription expires, pay for a GOTV subscription equivalent to GOTV Supa UGX 55,000. And just like that, you will have upgraded to GOTV Supa from any GOTV package.

Use GOTV Menu
1. Press the Menu button on your GOTV remote.
2. Scroll and select the GOeazy Self Service option and press OK.
3. Choose Bouquet Upgrade/Downgrade and follow the prompts. This method is available for people who activated their GOTV accounts. Click here to activate yours.
Upgrade to GOtv Supa using Selfcare
1. Go to the GOtv Self-care menu.
2. Sign in with your Surname, phone number, and IUC number.
3. The dashboard will open. Select build a package then choose GOtv Supa and click the Next button.
4. Select payment method. As soon as payment is cleared, you will have upgraded to GOTV Max.
Upgrade to GOTV Supa Using the GOTV APP
1. Pay an amount equivalent to a Gotv Supa (UGX 55,000) subscription into your Gotv account.
2. Launch the MyGotv App on your Smartphone. (Download the app here).
3. Enter your mobile number linked to your Gotv account.
4. Next, enter your Gotv decoder IUC number.
5. Ensure you have entered the right details.
6. Now, click on “Login” to sign in to your Gotv account.
7. Once you are logged into your account via the app, click on the “Change” tab at the app’s bottom.
8. Click on the package to tick the small circle.
9. Next, click on “Change package.”
10. Select “Gotv Supa” and click on next.
11. Now, click on “Continue” to change your package from Max to Supa.
