Once the platform has loaded, type in any Twitter ID or @handle as shown below, then hit the Convert button and it will be converted into the respective ID or username on the right. Now copy and paste your Twitter ID. My Twitter ID is 1115084343725232131.

Step 2: Add the below link to your Tweet with your Twitter Id:  https://twitter.com/messages/compose?recipient_id=1115084343725232131

Step 3: Go ahead and post your tweet. Now whoever clicks on the link you added will be directed to your DM section.

How to Allow and Receive Direct Messages from Anyone

For cases of privacy, Twitter limits who can get into your DMs. Under Twitter Privacy Settings, you can make sure that you have your DM option open to both those who follow you and those who don’t. Here is how you can enable the Privacy setting;
