The first reason why the computer may have trouble connecting to a wireless network is when the wireless network adapter has compatibility issues. And this article will guide you through the steps how to fix your computer’s wireless adapter.

The second reason for trouble connecting to a wireless network could be that the wireless network you are trying to connect to has already reached the maximum number of devices to be connected. I suppose you know that some Wi-Fi sources have a limit regarding the number of devices to connect.

For example, a computer in most cases creates a hotspot that can allow the connection of up to 8 devices. The capability of the other Wi-Fi source varies. If you can access the source and confirm whether it is at maximum usage then the solution there is to disconnect some of the devices from the network.

Whereas to confirm that the computer wireless adapter is the primary issue for trouble in connecting to the network, try connecting to the network with a different device or devices ( it’s better you use two devices, probably a phone and another computer ). If these devices connect to the network without any problem then the primary issue is with the computer wireless adapter.

Most times rebooting the computer solves this particular problem. But I don’t think you would like to reboot your computer so often especially when you are doing productive work. So I suggest you complete this guide for a better solution

Another solution is to troubleshoot the network settings. With troubleshooting, the system will find, analyze and fix the problems it detects.
