How to Transfer Money from opportunity Bank Account to Mobile Money
Customers can withdraw money from account to wallet via the USSD shortcode (*231#) or via the Opportunity bank mobile app.
Use Opportunity Bank Mobile App
This method will require the customer to download and install the Opportunity bank mobile app from Google Play Store and App Store. After successful download, follow the steps below;
1. Open the Opportunity Bank app on your device.
2. Click Log in and log in with your mobile number and pin.
3. Tap on Transfers.
4. Select Bank to Wallet transfer.
5. Choose a telecom company (MTN/Airtel).
6. Select if you are buying for your own number or another number. If you have selected another number enter the recipient’s number.
7. Enter the amount you want to withdraw from your account.
8. Key in your Pin to confirm the transaction.
Use USSD Shortcode
Follow the steps below to transfer money from bank to wallet;
1. Dial *231# and press the call button.
2. Enter your pin.
3. Select a number that corresponds to “Transfers”.
4. Then select a number that corresponds to “Account to wallet transfer”.
5. Choose a telecom company (MTN/Airtel).
6. Select if you are buying for your own number or another number. If you have selected another number enter the recipient’s number.
7. Enter the amount you want to withdraw from your account.
8. Key in your Pin to confirm the transaction.
