This service is only exclusive to Centenary bank customers who registered for CenteMobile services. If you have not registered for the services, you will be unable to make the transaction on your own. Therefore, the available option will need the customer to withdraw money from their mobile money account then visit the nearest Centenary bank branch/ATM or visit the Centenary agent to deposit money into their account.
Transfer Money from MTN Mobile Money to a Centenary Bank Account
Follow the steps below to send money from MTN MoMo wallet to your Centenary bank account;
1. Dial *165# and press the OK.
2. Select option 6, Financial Services.
3. Choose option 1, bank deposit
4. Select option 1 for Centenary Bank.
5. Choose Account number.
6. Enter Amount.
7. Confirm with MTN mobile money pin
