If you can not locate the ATM or Finca Microfinance branch near you, you can choose to withdraw money the simple way. Finca gives you an option to withdraw money via mobile money (MTN Mobile Money & Airtel Money) or Finca authorized agents. However, this is only possible if your account is registered for Finca Mobile. Here is how you can transfer money from the FINCA account to mobile money.
Transfer Money from FINCA Account to your Mobile Money via Finca Mobile App
Follow the steps below to send money to your mobile money account from the Finca account.
1. Open the Finca Mobile app.
2. Click Login then enter the Finca mobile PIN.
3. Scroll down then tap on the Withdraw or Transfer option ass displayed on the main menu.
4. There are two withdrawal options; you can withdraw money via an agent or via mobile money. Choose to withdraw money via Mobile Money.
5. Enter the recipient’s number.
6. Select the Account that you want to withdraw funds from.
7. Enter the Amount that you want to withdraw.
8. The transaction details will appear on the screen including the Amount you want to withdraw, Account, and recipient’s number.
9. Confirm transaction with Finca Mobile PIN.

Use USSD Short Code to Transfer Money from FINCA Account to your Mobile Money
The steps below will guide you on how to transfer money from your account to mobile money using a USSD short code.
1. Dial *203# and press OK using the registered phone number.
2. Choose option 1, Finca Mobile.
3. Enter 4 digit PIN.
4. Select the Account that you want to withdraw money from.
5. Choose a number that corresponds with Withdraw Funds.
6. Then Choose to withdraw via mobile money.
7. Enter the recipient’s phone number.
8. Key in the Amount you want to withdraw from your account.
9. The transaction details will appear on the screen.
10. Confirm with your Finca Mobile PIN.
