Transfer Money from an NCBA  Bank Account to your Mobile Money Account

NCBA account holders can make bank-to-wallet transfers by dialing the NCBA USSD shortcode (*212#) or via the NCBA mobile App. For whichever method the customer prefers, they must have registered for NCBA mobile banking to access this service.

Use NCBA Mobile App

This is an alternative method that favors all phone types (smartphones and feature phones). To get started, launch the phone dialer and follow the prompts as listed below;

1. Open the NCBA mobile app on your device.

2. Click Login and then login with NCBA mobile banking pin.

3. Tap on the “Send Money” feature displayed on the home page.

4. Choose to transfer money via Mobile Money.

5. Click on the drop-down menu and select the account.

6. Select service provider (MTN Mobile Money/Airtel Money).

7. Enter the amount you want to transfer.

8. Enter the transaction pin.

9. Click on the “Transfer” button to confirm.

Use the NCBA USSD Shortcode

This method will require the customer to download and install the NCBA mobile app from Google Play Store and App Store. After successful download, follow the steps below to transfer money from bank to wallet.

1. Dial *212# and press the call button.

2. Key in the NCBA mobile banking pin as prompted.

3. Select a number that corresponds with the “Send Money” feature from the displayed options on the main menu page.

4. Choose to transfer money via Mobile Money.

5. Select the account that you want to withdraw money from.

6. Then select the service provider (MTN Mobile Money/Airtel Money).

7. Enter the amount you want to transfer.

8. key in the transaction pin to confirm the transaction and finalize the process.
