If you registered for mobile banking then you can transfer money from an Equity bank account to your mobile money. This article details a step-by-step guide using two methods to help you send money from your Equity account to any mobile money account.
Use USSD Code to Transfer Money from an Equity Bank Account to your Mobile Money
1. Dial *247# and press the YES.
2. Enter mobile banking pin.
3. Select option 5, Send Money.
4. Then select option 2, Mobile Money.
5. Choose option 1 to send money on MTN or option 2 to send money on Airtel.
6. Select the Account number that you want to transfer money from.
7. Enter the phone number you want to send the money to.
8. Next, enter the amount you are willing to transfer.
9. Confirm transaction with mobile banking pin.

Transfer Money from an Equity Bank Account to your Mobile Money via Eazy Banking App
1. Launch the Eazy Banking app.
2. Login with your mobile banking pin.
3. Tap on the cross + icon.
4. Select the Send Money option.
5. Click on MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money depending on the preferred option.
6. Select the phone number from the contact list or tap the dial icon to key in the phone number.
7. Enter the Amount you are willing to send.
8. Review the transaction details then click the Send Money button to finalize the process.
