We started small, with a 0.5mp camera, running down a rope of a series of new phones of that time, from 1mp. 2.5mp, 5mp, 8mp, boom we saw 16mp, and furthermore we are seeing an amazing 108 megapixel Camera and we are yet to even see more. Even if megapixels do not mean everything to a phone, they mean something; they add quality and a strong reason why people prefer certain phones to others.

The leaked images of the Samsung Galaxy S11 articulate five camera sensors at the back and it is assumed that one of these houses is the king, a 108mp ultra-high-resolution camera. However, we must wait as soon as early February when the maiden shall be released. Let us speculate in the meantime.
Xiaomi Mi Note 10
The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 is already available on the market and has five rear cameras which include a 108MP wide-angle lens, a 5-megapixel telephoto with 5x optical zoom, a 12MP telephoto camera specific for portrait mode shots, a 20MP ultra-wide with a 117-degree field of view, and finally a 2MP macro lens for close-up shots. The sixth camera is of a 32MP one housed in a teardrop style notch at the front of the camera.
Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha
Another giant from Xiaomi is the Mi Mix Alpha also packing an amazing 108-megapixel camera. However, Mi Mix Alpha makes use of Samsung’s 108MP Ultra High-resolution Camera called the Samsung HMX, with 12,032 x 9024 ultra-high-resolution, 0.8μm, 1/1.33″ image sensor size, laser focus.
A 20MP ultra wide-angle camera is the SONY IMX350, 20MP, 1.0μm 1/2.8″ image sensor size, laser focus 1.5cm macro photography. And, finally, a 12MP Samsung telephoto camera called the S5K2L7, 12MP, 1.4μm, 1/2.55″ image sensor size, supports Dual PD Phase detection focus, laser focus.
