Ziada point is a loyalty program in which Telkom Kenya intends to give back to its loyal subscribers. Telkom subscribers earn 1 point for every Ksh.1 spent on calls, SMS, and data. Here is how to redeem Telkom Ziadi points.

All Telkom prepaid active subscribers are enrolled automatically to access this service.

Redeem Telkom Ziada Points

Telkom customers can redeem their points into freedom data bundles, airtime, and handsets. To redeem these points you have to dial *123# and follow the prompts.

Airtime Redemptions Using Ziada Points

Note: Airtime redeemed can be used across networks for calls, SMS, and data plus it is only valid for 3 days.

Data Redemption Options Using Ziada Points

Note: Telkom subscribers can redeem daily, weekly, and monthly data bundles.

1. Launch phone app.
2. Dial *123# and press send button.
3. The Ziada points will show at the top of the screen.
4. Alternatively, you can dial *131#.
