Telkom Kenya voicemail service allows callers to leave voice messages in the event when the number is unreachable. The caller will be charged Ksh.2 per minute for every voicemail. A notification will be sent to the recipient as soon as they receive a voicemail. To listen to the voicemail, dial 123 and follow the voice prompts. Here is how you can activate and deactivate this feature.

Activate Telkom Kenya Voicemail.
- Dial 123 and click the call button.
- You will be prompted to set voicemail language and a personalized greeting. However, you can opt to use Telkom default greeting.
- Next, the voicemail pin will be formulated and sent via SMS.
- New voicemails will be played. Or you can dial 123to listen to them.
- While listening to a voicemail, you can choose to replay, save and delete. If no action is taken, the voicemail will be saved and a new menu showing; listen to your voicemails, Set up your greeting, Settings & Features, and Help will be voiced.

Deactivate Telkom Kenya Voicemail
- Call 123
- Hold on until the main menu are voiced.
- Select option 3, Settings and Features.
- Listen to the voice instructions carefully and choose option 3, Cancel your voicemail service
- Confirm the deactivation by dialing 1.
