Select two option:

Enable

2 – Notify for download and Notify for install

Click Apply and Press OK.

By saving this, it implies that – For any downloads, you shall be notified, no updates shall be downloaded automatically. In case you decide to download the updates, you shall install any updates manually, after getting a notification.

NOTE: To completely block any automatic updates, choose the Disabled option. (Though I wouldn’t advise you to do so, because updates are necessary for better performance of your computer)
