This article guides you on how to get a Standard Chartered account statement online in Uganda. You can choose to use the SC Mobile app or the USSD shortcode.
Method 1: Use USSD
- Dial *266# and press OK.
- Enter mobile banking PIN and press OK.
- Enter number that correspounds to e-statement and follow the prompts.
- This code works on all telecom companies in Uganda and charges apply.

Method 2: Use SC Mobile App
1. Log in to your SC Mobile app.
2. Select the Main Menu Bar, then select Service Requests.
3. Under Service requests Select Account Management.
4. Select ‘Account Statement Request’ under the dropdown.
5. Select the account number you need the statement for from the drop-down. Input which dates period you require. After ‘confirm details’ and Agree to Terms And Conditions.
6. Re-confirm your details and proceed to the next page.
7. Input, the One Time Password sent to your mobile number and Submit
8. Request will be successfully submitted.
