Online banking gives you access to financial services in the comfort of your location on your device. So you do not have to go to the bank or ATM machine to check your account balance. Method 1: Use USSD
- Dial *266# and press OK.
- Enter mobile banking PIN and press OK.
- Enter number that correspounds to Balance Inquiry.
- You will then receive a text response with your account balance.

Method 2: Use SC Mobile App
1. Download and install the Standard Chartered account on your phone. The app is available on both the Play Store (Androids) and App Store (IOS).
2. Launch the app.
3. Login with your Account number and ATM pin as password.
4. Your account balance will show on the screen on the home page.
Method 3: Use Bank Website
1. Go to Standard Chattered website.
2. Click on Login.
3. A new page will open. Enter Username and Password.
4. If the login is successful, the dash board will load and you account balance will appear on the screen
