The Mackbook displays the time and date in the upper menu bar. However, the time displayed is affected by the timezone. If you change to a new timezone, most probably your date and time might be incorrect. Also, if you just bought the MacBook, you will need to set the date, time, and timezone. Do not want to arrive early or late for an important meeting just because you were misled by the incorrect time on your Macbook. Ensure that the set date, time, and timezone are correct on your MacBook.
