MTN has dedicated itself to the service of letting her customers share and share, over and over. MTN’s magnanimity is an inspiration to us all. MTN Me2U is a very reliable scheme that lets MTN customers safely transfer airtime at any time to fellow MTN subscribers, yet guarding against the trouble of having to part with additional costs that usually come with registration or even transfer itself.
You can now transfer different amounts of airtime over the MTN network using this special service, ME2U. This service is very flexible, convenient, and secure.

Me2U also protects MTN customers from unscrupulous retailers who charge extra charges than the airtime value purchased.
This service allows you to share up to UShs 200 000 airtime directly from one mobile phone to another.

Simply dial *160*6# and follow the on-screen prompts. After any MTN Me2U transaction, both the sender and the recipient will receive an SMS from MTN confirming the completed transaction.

“Me2U” is airtime transfer service that is designed to enable subscribers share airtime (credit) on their airtel lines with their friends and families, also on airtel lines as frequently as they desire to do so, irrespective of location and time.

Easy Share is a service that allows Africell subscribers to transfer airtime to other Africell subscribers.
To transfer airtime, dial *143* Africell receiver number * amount #
For example: *143* 0790123456 * 2000 #.
In this example, 0790123456 will receive 2000 /- airtime
After the transaction has been made a message will be sent to the sender and the receiver to confirm this transaction.

SMART Telecom
Smart Uganda is a telecommunications network company in Uganda. It was established in March 2014 and still in existence to date. The company is owned and operated by Industrial Promotion Services, a subsidiary of the Aga Khan Fund for Development. The company first launched in Uganda and has made successful expansions in Burundi and Tanzania.
SMART Telecom currently does not have an airtime share service in Uganda.
