The End call notification updates the Safaricom subscriber about the call details. The notification will show you the minute balance, minutes used, expiry date. Here is how to activate Safaricom’s end-of-call notification.

  • Open the default phone app.
  • Dial *456*7# and press the call button.
  • Then select option 2, End of Call Notification.
  • Respond with 1 for Opt-in then click Accept to activate the service.
  • You will receive a notification that the service has been activated on your phone/line.
