How to Set up Safaricom Internet Settings on Androids
- Turn on the Mobile Data option.
- Click the Settings app.
- Choose Connections.
- Then select Mobile network.
- Select Access Point Names.
- Add a new APN/point name.
- Enter the details below;

Proxy | Leave it blank |
Port | Leave it blank |
Username | Saf |
Password | data |
NOTE: If the setup is successful, the mobile data icon will appear at the top.
How to Set up on iPhone
- Launch the Settings app on your phone.
- Select Cellular or Mobile data depending on iPhone type.
- Then turn on Cellular or Mobile Data.
- Select Mobile Network (If it’s Automatic it will connect directly. However you can also connect it manually by choosing Safaricom from the drop list).
- Go back to the previous menu.
- Then Tap on Cellular Data Options or Mobile Data Network.
- Enter the information below;
