Safaricom Data Manager; How to Activate & Deactivate

Safaricom data manager enables subscribers to manage data settings and usage on their Safaricom line. If this feature is activated, then Data will be used from active data bundles rather than airtime. Here is how you can activate and deactivate Safaricom data manager,

1. Dial *100# and press the send button.
2. Select My Account.
3. Next select Check my usage and balance.
4. Opt for Manage My data Usage followed by the option Don’t Browse without a data bundle.
5. My Data Manager options will appear.
6. Select activate.
7. A confirmation text will be sent to your number.

How to Deactivate Data Manager

1. Dial *100# and press the send button.
