Enroll for Bonga Points
To enroll or register for this program, please follow the steps below;
- Launch your phone app.
- Dial *126# on your Safaricom Line
- Choose the ‘Enroll’ option and press send/OK.
- A confirmation message will be sent and also you will receive bonus points for enrollment.
- Alternatively, you can sms Bbonga to 125.

How to Check Bonga Points Balance
Here is how you can check Safaricom Bonga points balance;
- Open the phone app.
- Dial *126# and press OK using your Safaricom line.
- Choose Check Bonga Points from the menu.
- Your Bonga points balance will appear on the screen.
How To Redeem Your Bonga Points:
- Dial *126# and click the call button.
- Opt for ‘Redeem Bonga Points’ option.
- Select to redeem points on Data or SMS or Minutes or Airtime or Free Kenya Airways Ticket.
- Then choose the amount of Bonga points you wish to redeem and click send.
- Dial *126#.
- Choose the ‘Transfer Bonga Points’ option.
- Enter the Safaricom phone Number (Recipient’s Number).
- Then key in the number of Bonga Points that you want to transfer to the other number
- Confirm with the Bonga PIN (if you have it) then press OK.
Secure Bonga Points By Adding PIN
- Dial *126*5#.
- Select the ‘Set New PIN’ option.
- Enter your National ID number.
- Key in the last direct top-up amount.
- Enter your PIN.
- Confirm the PIN.
- Your Bonga points pin will then be activated.
