  • Dial *185#.
  • Choose option 4, Pay Bill.
  • Select option 1, Umeme TouchPay.
  • Opt for Token Inquiry which is option 4.
  • Enter Airtel Money Transaction ID.
  • Confirm with Airtel Money PIN.

NOTE: You need Airtel Money transaction ID to receive a recent Yaka token. Just check your Airtel Money messages. If you deleted them, this is how you can check the Airtel Money transaction ID.

  • Download & Install the UMEME app from the Play Store and App Store.
  • Open the App.
  • Choose Yaka tokens from the Menu list.
  • Enter the meter number.
  • Details of the last Yaka token will be generated instantly.

The UMEME app provides a history of the last 5 recent Yaka tokens.
