After the customer has successfully registered for Post bank mobile phone banking, they will create a user ID and Password. How to Reset Post Bank Mobile Banking Pin via Mobile App
1. Download and install the Post Bank app on your device. The app is available on App Store and Play Store.
2. Open the app on your device and click the Login option.
3. Tap on Forgot ID/Password.
4. If you Forgot ID, click on Forgot ID then enter the mobile number you used for enrollment and click the Submit button.
5. If you Forgot your Password, tap on the Forgot Password. You will be referred to the next page where you will be prompted to enter your phone number.
6. If the submitted data is correct. You will receive the One Time Password via SMS. Log into your account and change the pin to a more memorable and secure pin.
How to Reset Mobile Phone Banking Pin via the Bank
1. Visit any Post Bank branch near you with all the requirements.
2. Go to the customer care desk and ask for a mobile phone banking pin reset form.
3. Fill in all the required information including your identity details and account details.
4. The customer care agent will enter the information in the system and you will receive a new pin via SMS on the registered phone number.
