Reset Airtel Money Pin in Kenya For Existing Customers

  • Dial *222#.
  • Select Option 6, My Account.
  • Select Option 1, My Pin.
  • Select Option 4, Set/Change Security Question.
  • Enter PIN.
  • A list of security questions will appear and you should select one then give your preferred security answer
  • You will receive an SMS.

Reset Airtel Money Pin For New Customers

Once the SIM is registered;

  • You will receive an SMS from Airtel Money requesting you to dial *222# to set PIN
  • You will Dial *222# and set a 4 digit PIN
  • You will confirm the PIN
  • Then you will proceed to Set the security question

To Reset PIN using Security question

  • Dial *222#
  • Select Option 6, My Account.
  • Select Option 1, My Pin.
  • Select Option 2, Reset PIN/Forgot PIN.
  • A pop up screen will appear requesting you to provide an answer to the security question (based on the answer you gave when setting as above)
  • You will then receive an SMS with a temporary PIN valid for 48 hours which you will be required to enter upon dialing *222# so as to set your new preferred PIN
