How to Rescan Your Zuku Decoder

There are two ways through which you can rescan your Zuku Decoder;

Method 1:

This method will work perfectly for decoders whose serial number begins with V130**** and CH1010******.

  1. Click the Menu button on your Zuku remote.
  2. Insert password. Remember that the default password is 0000.
  3. Select Auto search.
  4. When the auto-search process is complete, the missing channels will appear.

Method 2:

This method is suitable for decoders whose serial number begins with 2N**** and 2P*****. All you have to do is reset the decoder to factory settings then go ahead and search for the missing channels.

1. Press the menu button on your remote.

2. Select the Tools option.

3. Then select Factory Settings and press YES.

4. The decoder will reset and load.

5. Press the Menu button.

6. Then select Installation.

7. Choose DVBS installation.

8. Select the TP list.

9. Next, press the blue button on the remote.

10. Go ahead and press OK and patiently wait until the channel search is complete.

11. All the missing channels will appear.
