Pride Mobile is a mobile banking service that enables Pride customers to access bank financial services on their mobile phones. With Pride Mobile service, customers can transfer funds to different banks and mobile money accounts, check their bank account balance, locate Pride Microfinance ATMs and bank branches, check transaction statements, and pay for utilities directly from their bank account. To get started with this service, you need to visit the nearest Pride branch. Here is how you can register for Pride Microfinance Mobile banking in Uganda.
Pride Microfinance Mobile Banking Registration Requirements
The requirements below are divided into two categories; category 1 for existing customers and category 2 for new customers. Pride Mobile registration is free.
1. The existing Pride customers will present a copy of their National ID or Pride Savings card and a registered Airtel or MTN phone number.
2. New customers will need to first create an account with the bank. For account opening, individuals will need 1 Passport Photo, a valid ID (National ID, LC ID & LC Letter, NSSF card, Passport, Financial Card, Driving Permit, Employee ID with employer letter), a minimum of 5,000/= (or 12,000/= with an ATM Card), and a registered Airtel or MTN phone number.

How to Register for Pride Microfinance Mobile Banking
1. Visit any Pride Microfinance branch near you.
2. Go to the Customer care desk and request to join the Pride Mobile service.
3. You will be given a form, fill in all the required information about your Account.
4. Attach a photocopy of your National ID to the form and submit both forms to the customer care agent.
5. You will receive an SMS with the Pride Mobile PIN within 24 hours of submitting your application. This will indicate that you have successfully registered for Pride Microfinance mobile banking service.
6. Next, if you have a smartphone download and install the Pride Mobile app on your device. The app is available on both App Store (IOS) and Play Store (Androids). After successful download, launch the app then enter the Activation/Recreate Key that was sent via SMS and the registered phone number.
7. Alternatively, you can use the Pride Mobile USSD shortcode *250#. Dial the code (*250#) using the registered phone number then enter the activation key and follow the prompts.
8. After successful Login, you can choose to set up a more secure PIN for your Pride Mobile account.
