Entebbe International Airport implemented an automated system for car parking, providing a more streamlined experience for visitors. Upon arrival, drivers have to stop at the ticket dispensing machine to pick their parking ticket. All they have to do is press a button ticket dispensing machine and patiently wait for approximately 10 seconds for a parking ticket. It is important to handle the ticket with care, as it will be needed when exiting the parking area.

How Much will you be Charged for Parking at Entebbe Airport
The fees for a a private car entering the airport are structured at UGX 2000 (approximately USD 0.6 $) for the first hour, and an additional UGX 500 (around USD 0.15 $) is charged per hour for up to 24 hours. Lorries and Passenger vehicles will be charged UGX 2500 (approximately 0.7 $) for the first hour and UGX 500 (0.15$) for the proceeding hours within the day of parking. For long-term parking, the daily rate is UGX 10,000 (approximately USD 3 $).

Pay for Car Parking at Entebbe International Airport via Mobile Money

- Dial *227# using your MTN or Airtel line. You will be able to follow through with this USSD code if you have airtime on your line.
- Select option 1 which is Airport Parking.
- Enter Number Plate or Ticket No.
- Enter the full amount that you need to pay.
- Confirm payment with your Airtel Money or MTN mobile money PIN.
- Exit the premises within 30 minutes.
- At the exit point the machine will automatically scan your Number plate and open the barrier for you to exit.
Alternatively, you can make your ticket payment using a computerized point-of-sale (POS) system stationed at the Entebbe International Airport parking.
