Pay Water Bills Using the CenteMobile USSD Short Code
If you do not have the CenteMobile app, then most preferably this method will help you. Here is a step-by-step guide that will help you pay water bills via the CenteMobile app using the USSD short code *211#.
1. Open your dialer then dial *211# and press the call button.
2. From the listed options, select option 1 which is CenteMobile.
3. Choose option 5, Payments.
4. Select option 1, Water.
5. Choose Area (location) from the listed options.
6. Then enter Water Account Number ( Meter Number).
7. Enter the Amount that you are willing to pay.
8. Confirm transaction with your CenteMobile PIN.

Pay Water Bills Using the CenteMobile App
Follow the steps to complete payment for your water bills through Centenary bank. However, you will need to download the CenteMobile app on your device if you do not have it. The App is available on both App Store (IOS) and Play Store (Androids).
1. Open the CenteMobie App on your device.
2. Tap on CenteMobile Login then enter your CenteMobile PIN.
3. Select the Payments option from the home menu
4. Tap on the Pay Utilities option.
5. Click on NWSC.
6. Click the drop-down menu to select the area then enter your Meter Number.
7. Enter the amount you are willing to pay.
8. Confirm the transaction.
