UTAMU Application Fees

  1. Undergraduate, Postgraduate Diploma and Master Degree ProgrammesNon-refundable application fee of fee of UGX 50,000/= for East Africa Community applicants and USD 30 for International applicants should be paid to Ugandan technology and Management University (UTAMU) in the UTAMU bank accounts shown below.
  2. Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Degree ProgrammeNon-refundable application fee of fee of UGX 100,000/= for East Africa Community applicants and USD 100 for International applicants should be paid to Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST) in the MUST bank accounts shown below.

Pay Admission Application Fee UTAMU via MTN Mobile Money

1. Dial *165# and press OK.

2. Select option 4, Payments.

3. Choose option 3, School Fees.

4. Select option 2, School pay.

5. Then select option 1, Pay Fees.

6. Enter Student code: 1002749778.

7. You will be prompted to enter the amount you are willing to pay.

8. Next, confirm with your MTN Mobile money pin.

9. Alternatively, you can dial *165*4*3*2*1# press OK, and follow the prompts.

10. You will receive a confirmation message from Airtel. Please send a confirmation message to Finance ([email protected]) and copy AR ([email protected]).

Pay Admission Application Fee UTAMU via Airtel Money

1. Dial *185# and press the send button.

2 Select option 6, School Fees.

3. Choose option 2, School Pay.

4. Select option 1, Pay School Fees.

5. Enter Student code: 1002749778

6. Next, enter the amount you wish to pay.

7. Enter your Airtel Money pin to confirm payment.

8. Alternatively, you can dial *185*6*2*1# press OK, and follow the prompts.

9. You will receive a confirmation message from Airtel. Please send a confirmation message to Finance ([email protected]) and copy AR ([email protected]).
